Cancellation by you – An order cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed, unless there is a manufacturing difficulty. For our products you can cancel your order before it has been shipped to you. In case the product has already been shipped to you then please do not accept delivery. Once the product has been delivered to you, the order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by us – We are liable to cancel an order even after it has been confirmed, under and not limited to, the following conditions:

• Technical difficulties
• Unavailability of materials;
• Unfeasibility of the model;
• Copyright infringement;
• Destination of delivery.

In the event we cancel your partial or entire order, we will contact you via email and except in cases of fraud or other violations of our policies, issue you a full refund for the cancelled item(s) or product(s).
